I'm Internet Famous

Today has been such a great day that I think I'm developing an ego.  I saw first thing this morning that the photos I took at Wal-Mart were featured on Consumerist.  I'm glad they thought it was funny, too.

I also saw my Naperville photographer buddy and guest poster Kate shared the headshots she took Saturday. Girl did a great job. I look like some kind of model. I'm going to start demanding sparkling water with lime at all times and only green M&Ms.  That's what models eat, right?

This dovetailed nicely into finding myself in a magazine today. I also get a big thrill our of reading articles and unexpectedly seeing myself starring back at me.  The Venus de Miles ad that features MacKenna and yours truly is in Competitor magazine this month.

And finally, I've started blogging for Tri-Eva, a UK-based apparel company that specializes in women's triathlon apparel. I'll be contributing to their motivational blog as I follow my dream of becoming an Ironman. The more I talk about it, the more real it becomes. I've told the whole Internet I'm doing this, and I'll be damned if I'm going to make myself a liar.
