Motivation Monday

I've got marathon fever. All those awesome runners out there getting to the finish line yesterday has certainly motivated me to think big, and run long.

On the list of contenders:
Circular Logic Marathon
Go! St. Louis Marathon
North West Indiana Crossroads Marathon

Thoughts?

Well, if you do the Circular Logic one, any spectators can cheer you on every mile! And see your pain as you progress, each mile.

You cant possibly go around in circles for 26 miles, that will do your head in!

This is the only recap I've seen for Circular Logic: http://seemeggierun.com/2013/03/25/circular-logic-marathon-10-recap/

And I know that I know some people who have done Crossroads, or at least the half. No Chicago bloggers posted a recap about it this year though. But ask in the FNRC group if anyone has. I think it's only been around a couple years, I'm nervous when it comes to newer races. For an event as big as a marathon, I'd prefer something established and with a good reputation.

As for Go St Louis ... maybe Amy Bax or Nicole Fritz (she's in the FNRC group if you aren't FB friends) have done the half or know someone who has done the full?

I think you should do one, this is easy for me to say. I know you will be great!

I'm excited to see what you pick! Mike and I are doing the Philly marathon next year (after our Ironman).
