Win it Wednesday: Sony Sports MP3 Player

Hi friends! I'm traveling for work and it's all I can do to remember to put on shoes every day, so I have a little give away while I'm away.

Lauren from Lifetime Fitness contacted me about the Sony Sports MP3 Player. It syncs with iTunes, holds up to 4GB of music and is designed for the athletic set. It's even waterproof! The fit is super secure and the sound quality is pretty great. Also, if you space and forget to charge it, a three-minute quick charge gives you 60 minutes of play time.

I always forget to charge my Garmin and wish it had this kind of feature.

I think this would be a great tool to combat winter swimming boredom. Just going back and forth in the pool for an hour gets quite tedious. I'd so much rather listen to a podcast or an awesome pump-up workout playlist.

If you'd like to give it a try, enter below! I want to hear all about what makes a great workout playlist. Rafflecopter will pick a winner next Wednesday and I'll announce the winner here on Nov. 1. Good luck! a Rafflecopter giveaway

Considering I am so bored when I swim, this would spice it up! I love songs that are upbeat that I can sing along to if I so desired for my playlist.

I love some hip-hop & party music when I'm working out. I don't listen to music on the run much, but I think the pool would make a lot of sense! Can't wait to try this!

This would be wonderful for long swims. I'm hooked on country pop right now. Luke Bryan and Florida Georgia Line are on constant repeat.

This would be amazing, my ipod won't sync anymore, and it is super old. I don't swim, but this might give me reasons to try!

Very cool! I love pop stuff...and lots of stuff from Pentatonix- they are an a capella group that won NBC's The Sing Off. Sooo good!

I listen to podcasts when I run if I use the headset, but I have some guilty pleasures for running at the moment... Miley's We Can't Stop & Wrecking Ball and Katy Pery's Roar are leading the charge.

I love dance/pop type music for workouts. Songs like 'Run' by Flo Rida or Bulletproof by Laroux.

My playlist is all over the place. But I do like Daughtery and even Lady Gaga when I'm running. Would love music while swimming.

Big Sean is currently my go-to on my ipod :) Or Pandora hip hop working out station when I use my phone!

I want this! I like to listen to anything with a good beat while I workout- sometimes pop, sometimes hardcore rap. My favorite running song ever is "Hot Revolver" by Lil Wayne.

Haha, I could definitely use one of these!

Katy Perry is one of my favs, but my playlist is all over the place from Donna Summer to Britney Spears, Carrie Underwood to Billy Joel.

I don't have a running playlist, I listen to whatever Pandora picks for me. On long runs, I usually listen to book and not music.

I listen to both English and Spanish music. I use the shuffle option and let the phone pick the songs for me. :-)

I'm into the Kaskade tune that is currently on the charts.

I listen to podcasts 99% of the time. On the rare occasion I do listen to music, it's usually pop/top 40 type stuff.

I'm kind of fascinated by this waterproof feature. It would be interesting to listen to music or podcasts while swimming. Although I kind of enjoy the silence of swimming.
I had a Sony mp3 player once (before I lost it at the gym) and I loved it. I still miss that thing.

This looks amazing! I have a pretty wide mix of stuff on my playlist. The variety helps and I always have my playlist on shuffle.
