The food is entirely house made, except for the ketchup and mayonnaise. It features organic, locally sourced ingredients with unexpected additions. For example, the guacamole was super smooth and served with Parmesan-dusted chips. Unexpectedly awesome.
Appetizers included a shrimp wonton.
Before we started tasting tacos!
We also had dessert, which were tiny brownies wrapped in wontons, fried, and topped with chocolate sauce.
And of course, it's not an Elite party without swag! I love these chapsticks and stash them everywhere.
