February Chicago Food Swap Recap

This month's meeting of Chicago Food Swap happened on Saturday at All Natural Chicago, a caterer with a very cool space in a renovated warehouse. Sadly, it was snowing and took me way longer than I anticipated to get there. I arrived a bit frazzled and the snacking and sightseeing was well underway. I got my Biscoff bars and kombucha starters set up as quickly as possible so I could get to the tasting!
I feel like people really stepped up their game at this swap. There was so much food, and so much of it was gourmet. I got ice cream, pasta, breads, beautiful cookies, jams and dressing. Really amazing stuff! Here's what I took home:
And a closer look:
Chocolate sauce, basil buttermilk dressing, sundried tomato pasta, winter slaw with citrus,
grapefruit marmalade, maple pecan granola, lemon ricotta ice cream

Sweet potato rolls with brown sugar glaze, broccoli feta frittata, toffee,
apple bread, white chocolate cranberry orange fudge
The next food swap is March 9 and looks like a blast. See you there!

This post is making me hungry! I think anything that was canned at home by a real person is going to be absolutely delicious. I hope you've been enjoying your goodies!
