Who else is exhausted today?
I'm trying to embrace the pain, savor the suck, welcome the discomfort. It's the struggle that makes us stronger, right? But in the meantime, I feel like I keep falling short. There's not enough time to sleep well, eat well, train well, be well. My long ride bottomed out at 60 miles yesterday, and the hour I wanted to spend on the treadmill ended after two miles in a sweaty puddle.
I need coffee or a nap or both.

Don't be so hard on yourself! You're doing your best- keep doing your best and you will rock the race.
I agree with Katie... cut yourself a little slack :) Moving is overwhelming, even when you aren't training. You'll find your groove again soon. I know there must be a huge sense of urgency for you, but you'll get there :)
Take it easy Kelly.
Oh, and I do stop when I get tired. I am trying to listen to my body.
