Been there. It gets to the point where I feel like all I do is work and workout and I don't even have time to cook. Boiling noodles even seems too difficult. I took both Sunday and Monday off this week. Too off days in a row felt like a sin in HIM training, but I knew I needed it. I just kept telling myself "A stitch in time, saves nine." I knew giving myself a break would be better than dealing with burnout a few days later.
