Now, running is my outlet, my hobby, my social life and my therapy.
Ironman Triathlon in 2014 for my 30th birthday. It's a huge goal: 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike and 26.2-mile run. Along the way, I've placed in my age group in three separate triathlons and had a wonderful time completing my first half Ironman in Racine. In 2014, I added Ironman to my resume, completing Ironman Wisconsin in 14:48.

You'll find plenty of healthy recipes here to balance out all the decadent desserts and restaurant fare I enjoy. I'm never one to pass on chocolate, and I believe a life of balance is the only one worth living. I run hard so I can eat hard.
