The sick ...

I have it. It started as a rumble in my tummy during my 10 miler yesterday that has grown to a full-blown sick day. This is my first sick day in two years. Not cool, and not welcome.
Here's to feeling well enough tomorrow to tackle workouts and work lists. Buck up, immune system. We've got work to do.

I hope you don't have the stomach flu - the bug that's been going around lately knocked me out for a week. Get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, and hope you feel better soon!
