So I decided to give it a go. They're tiny little tablets that you swallow, not chew. The recommended dose is 30 tablets before your workout. It seems like a lot, but you just swallow them like aspirin instead of chewing it like tictacs. ooohhhh! Want! My energy is usually maintained by caffeine and protein bars. This may just be a better option... ;)
NRG! thats a hot topic for me especially seeing as though I am lacking in energy. I can eat well, take my vits, hydrate to the hilt but if I have poor quality of sleep for even one night Im done for! (might be my age too) :(
So I take a really high dose vitamin B supplement which is recommended for energy. Does it help? Check my splits!
I would love to try these! I've just started hearing about them. Right now I use energy gels during my long workouts.
