It's been a whirlwind of activities for the past 48 hours. I have been running myself ragged at the gym and at work, and basically feel like this:

races, whatever. I don't have the secret to cracking the lottery or eating chocolate without gaining weight, but I might be able to help you out otherwise.

Here's a question. How do you keep up with marathon/Ironman training, work, and home life? That's all kicking my butt right now. It doesn't help when I work till 7 pm either.
And you should talk about if you do any meal planning or make food for the week. or if you just eat cereal for dinner. That's what I do.
