Three Things Thursday

1. I found another CrossFit workout I could do as prescribed:
10 of:
1 min work
5 Goblet Squats 1.5/1pd
10 KB Swings
Amrap of burpees for remainder on minute
1 min rest
My score was 71, which I'm sure is nothing to alert the CrossFit Games about, but it felt good to do it RX.

2. I volunteered at Feed My Starving Children last night. It was super easy and fulfilling. We packed rice meals for kids in Haiti and ended the night with enough food to feed 38 kids for a year.
3. I took Napoleon to work today and he behaved questionably at best. I felt bad because he was home alone all day yesterday and then I was gone at night, too. Judging by his antics today, he either prefers it that way or was exacting revenge. One of those things.

my church does this, and we want to volunteer. Good for you for doing it

It was so easy, I highly recommend it. Everything is provided and they show you how to assemble it.

My nephews and I go there about once a year to volunteer. It is such a great experience!
