Three Things Thursday

1. You know what makes a great substitute for The Stick? A rolling pin. This is where food and running collide, people. I've been using the rolling pin on my calf, my foam roller on my IT band/hips/back and one of Napoleon's tennis balls on the bottom of my foot. It works for now.


2. I enjoyed my first home-grown veggies tonight! I had an awesome salad from my garden bed and have another one packed for lunch tomorrow.



3. Does anyone know it Garmin works abroad? It would be great to have the "return to start" option when I'm traveling in Beijing and Korea. Plus, I feel naked when I run without my Garmin. I wanted to see if anyone else had the answer before I ask them on Facebook.
