Three Things Thursday

1. I finished the Foundations class at CrossFit Rise tonight. I've learned so much in the two-week program and I'm looking forward to starting CrossFit in earnest next week, but I'm a bit scared. Each lesson included a Workout of the Day, but I'm heavily scaling my workouts.

2. I got an interesting little package in the mail today, which will become far more interesting next week.

3. This is a picture of my dog. That's all I've got tonight.  The end of Foundations has left me exhausted, so this is all.

Yay! Kettlebells! Love! So excited you are starting your WODs next week! Can't wait to hear about it!

We have one of those pasta dishes with the holes in the lid. Our does not work very well. Anxious to see what you do with yours :)
