Three Things Thursday

1. I got a massage last night to prep for this weekend. It was a Living Social deal and ended up costing me all of $19. Worth it.  This is one of the best massages I ever got, but because it was at a chiropractor's office, I kept getting distracted by all the other stuff I could hear through the paper-thin walls, including people's recipe, regimes and remedies. That said, I also fell asleep because I was so blissed out, so I guess it wasn't horrifically distracting.

2. While I got all relaxed and de-stressed, Tim picked up Belle the bike from the shop. She got a full tune up and is as ready as ever to take on the steady climbs of the Michigan forest preserve system. My car is filled to the ceiling with tri gear, so I hope I'm not forgetting anything.

3. Also, if you visit my home and need to replenish the toilet paper in our guest bathroom, please be careful not to disturb the kombucha. Lauren and I started our first batch on Sunday and it should be ready by the time I return from this weekend's triathlon adventures. It looks gross in the meantime. If it turns iut, expect a full tutorial soon.
