Peanut butter is my lifeblood. I cannot live without it, I am sure. I eat enough peanut butter that I have a preferred brand (Krema, smooth). I certainly could not run without peanut butter, because it's the perfect balance of protein, carbs and fat to get me going. Every now and then, I can manage to not eat it right out of the jar and add it to other recipes. In honor of National Peanut Day, here are my favorite recipes featuring peanuts!

Oh, that last one! Yum! I love peanut butter (and peanuts) and can't live without it!!
do you use the same peanut butter for baking as you do for eating it on toast?
I use Krema for everything, but if it's a cookie recipe, I'll add a little bit of extra flour since natural peanut butter doesn't have stabilizers.
