Three Things Thursday

1. I made so many friends last week at the convention I spoke at, including this guy:

In addition to celebrities from my childhood, I rubbed elbows with the fine folks at Bell Plantation.

They make my beloved PB2, which is a powdered peanut product I add to my oatmeal every morning and buy in one-pound bricks. This should be roughly ... a three month supply? They also hooked me up with their new peanut butter product, peanut oil and peanut crackers. They're so good, and you get like 25 crackers for 120 calories. Stay tuned for an insane amount of PB2 recipes.

2. I'm also only slightly ashamed to admit that I won a selfie stick at the show last week. I say slightly, because what are we as a human race that selfie sticks are a thing, but also, I really love it. I used it multiple times in Vegas and at Dark Lord Day, and it's all packed up in my purse for this weekend's adventures at Now Foods, and then spectating at the Wisconsin Marathon.

3. Monday is the day - training for my third 70.3 triathlon begins. Alyssa and I are tackling Pigman Aug. 16 and it's time to get real. I got Suzie Slice tuned up and am ready to go back to the gym for the first time in ... I don't care to admit. I got lazy post Ironman Wisconsin. I had a tough year. I'm done with excuses. My alarms are set, my training plan is bookmarked. Time to get back to being IronBitch.

you did have a rough year, I can't wait to hear more recipes
