New Cabot Creamery Cookbook!

I'm a lucky gal. In addition to getting care packages bursting with cheese and visiting the most beautiful places in Vermont before running my best marathon ever for free, Cabot Creamery occasionally gives me the inside scoop on what's happening with the delightful farmers who are part of their coop. One recent such opportunity included a sneak peek at its first ever cookbook, which hits the shelves starting Feb. 10. It's a gorgeous collection of recipes from elegant to homestyle, all contributed by farmers who are part of the Cabot family. What I like about this cookbook are that the recipes are both diverse and versatile. I tried the sweet potato black bean tortilla bake and was impressed that for $11, I made enough food for two meals for two adults
