One recent such opportunity included a sneak peek at its first ever cookbook, which hits the shelves starting Feb. 10. It's a gorgeous collection of recipes from elegant to homestyle, all contributed by farmers who are part of the Cabot family. What I like about this cookbook are that the recipes are both diverse and versatile. I tried the sweet potato black bean tortilla bake and was impressed that for $11, I made enough food for two meals for two adults
