It's hard for me to smile at 5 a.m., so don't judge my emotions based on these early morning photos. I am actually ecstatic about my tri suit, which I purchased on Amazon a few weeks ago. I'm holding off on my full review for this suit until I've done all the sports a few times to make sure I give it a fair shot.

So far, so good, though. This morning I did a 15-minute swim and 40-minute run brick in the new duds. I was concerned the suit would be restrictive, but it was incredibly comfortable, even more so than my swim suits. In the pool, I felt like the skinny little boat that
Coach Judie told me to emulate during my lesson, and during the run, I didn't feel like anything was pinching or squeezing me.
And you know what? I feel like a real triathlon competitor now.
Racing in mental, and I'm feeling intimidating in this outfit.
As far as the non-material part of the training, I'm feeling awesome. Even though I'm working out about an hour a day, I have very few aches or pains. I felt a bit of tightness in my right ankle over the weekend, but not during working out. And I usually feel sore after weigh lifting, but in a good way.
My weekend bug or food poisoning cut into my training slightly, but I don't think it was anything to worry about. I've been consistent with giving the everything I have that day, every day, so I'm confident that I'll do well come May 20.
