1. It finally happened. After more than a year of twice-weekly
CrossFit sessions, I ripped a callous on my hand. Tuesday morning's WOD required a few sets of pull ups, which did the damage. This morning's WOD included a Tabata with snatches, which certainly did not help the situation. I'm not posting another picture of my nasty hands, so enjoy this pic of
Napoleon drinking water on a recent road trip.

2. I made roasted cauliflower again this week and it rocks my world. I eat a bowl all by my lonesome. I just chop up a head of cauliflower, drizzle with 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and dust with paprika, salt and cumin. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake for another 10 minutes. I eat them with ketchup. Don't judge.
3. Our
coffee hoarding habit has gotten out of control. We tend to pick up bags when we travel or it's on sale. But I need to get it through my head that we do not, under any circumstances, need anymore coffee. Unless it's free. Then yes, please.
Do you collect any foods?

Um, can you text me a photo of your hand? I am very curious.
I am known to hoard gum & mini snacks. I have a bag (from Zooma) full of random granola bars, etc. Never buying granola bars or cliff bars for a LONG time!
Your poor hands :(
One of us in my house is kind of particular about the coffee we drink, so although I could just make my own pot in the French press, coffee is the last thing we hoard. Except for the various bags from Hawaii, but that's different (and delicious).
the only coffee I currently purchase is from TJs, the Dark Roast. I like it and it is cheap.
I am sorry to hear about your hands.

That cauliflower looks DELISH. I eat everything with ketchup so you aren't alone.
And I collect chocolate, and by collect, I collect it in my mouth so I never seem to have a stash of it...dangit!
You're not alone on the coffee thing… I think I have 5 open bags in the coffee cabinet and another two in the freezer. You just never know what you're going to be in the mood for, you know? ;)
I ripped the shit out of my hand the last time I was at trapeze. Guess it's time to get some grips. Bah. That seems so wussy!
