Three Things Thursday
1. If you follow me on Twitter, you might have seen that Trader Joe's retweeted me earlier this week! Tim was making some chicken, which I used to make lettuce wraps with TJ's Thai Red Curry Sauce. I just added the cubed, browned chicken to 1/4 cup of sauce, some chopped cilantro and a bag of steamed California medley veggies. I served it up in lettuce leaves. It was so good!
2. I just updated my Upcoming Race page because I signed up for my first marathon relay! Three of my friends from college and I will be competing in the Run River City Marathon, which is Peoria's first marathon. I need to get my ass in training so I don't let these ladies down.
3. I'm kind of obsessed with Homeland right now. We bought the first season on Amazon for $18 because we'll have Showtime for free next weekend. Our house will be very busy catching up on season two next weekend ...

Woo you're officially famous :) I would probably implode with happiness if Whole Foods retweeted me - pathetic but true! Homeland is very addicting! I've never seen the first season, but I watched the entire second season because it came right after Dexter on Sundays. Let me know what you think!
