What I Ate (on Weight Watchers) Wednesday

I don't actually have a photo collage for every day, and not every day is complete. Between my adventure at The French Pastry School and then an event I went to last night that impacted my eating in a big way. Oh well. I'm trying. Some days are better than others.

Notes: I get 26 points plus per day. I'm very active and earn 3 to 8 additional points per day with working out, but I don't usually eat them. Everyone gets 49 flex points plus on the Weight Watchers plan. I lost 1.6 pounds in my first week, which ended Friday.

Biggest waste of points: That chocolate-covered pretzel or the Subway chocolate chip cookie. Not a fan.
Favorite breakfast: Banana + peanut butter anything. My favorite combo (but the Mission carb smart tortillas are way better than the Flatout wraps).
Favorite lunch/dinner: Turkey Polish sausage (2 points per 2 ounces).
Favorite snack: 1/2 cup Fage with sliced strawberries (1 point).
Favorite condiment: Trader Joe's Thai Red Curry Sauce (2 points plus per 1/4 cup)
Favorite zero-point food: I love the frozen mixed veggie and went through 1/2 bag a day. I think I liked the sugar snap pea stir fry combo the best.

If you have any specific questions about the food, let me know in the comments!

I've been doing WW for almost 2 years and also work out a ton. I've never gone down to 26 points for daily points (I started WW when 29 was the lowest they let you have) and I'm doing 28 now. So I'm curious how you feel with 26 daily points considering you aren't really eating your activity points? I track my AP very conservatively (I think most WW trackers give you way too many) but I do eat them everyday.

I feel pretty satisfied on 26 points since most fruits and veggies are zero, and bananas and broccoli are totally my jam.

This week, I used my flex points at The French Pastry School and this party I went to Monday night and I'm back up on the scale. It appears for me, I have to stick within the 26 to lose. When I start running distance, I may need to eat the activity points to not feel ravenous, though.

Ah ok, if you're not really running I can see how you are def able to stay away from eating the AP. Good luck! I've had alot of success with WW and was Lifetime for awhile. Now I have less than a pound to lose to get back to Lifetime range. ;)

That is so super awesome! Even if I gain this week, I'm still happy with the program. I'm eating better (and more!) and snacking less. It's just a lesson for me that I can't go off the program and expect to get results.
