1. The binge-free February challenge that Kim inspired me to start is going really well. I lost four pounds last week (some of that was water weight) and I've managed to stay away from most crap. I did eat more ice cream than I should have yesterday, but I decided I deserved it after some minor surgery yesterday. Ice cream has healing powers, didn't you know?

3. I have discovered the grossest breakfast combo ever: steel cut oats with vanilla protein powder and blueberries. I read in a magazine or maybe in one of Tosca Reno's cookbooks that protein powder and oatmeal is a great protein-packed power breakfast. They lie. It is not. I was sad because I love oatmeal, but I'll just stick to the non-protein powder oats. Ick.
