|Lovely tablescape at White Castle|
Since then, Tim and I have joked about making reservations at White Castle for Valentine's Day every year when we see the "Reservations Available Now" sign go up. We wanted to see what the hype was all about. So I made a reservation about a month ago and we made a visit for our favorite Hallmark holiday.
It. was. Awesome.

We were a little late for our reservation and I was worried they would give away our table. Alas, we were safe. Our evening hot spot had printed menus and servers. The menu was the same as the regular menu, except they had a Valentine's Day Feast, which included 10 sliders, two fries and two drinks. I opted for sweet potato fries, which were mighty tasty. Didn't care for the sugar cinnamon glaze something or other, though.
fudge-dipped cheesecakes on a stick because we made reservations. How's that for classy? It was actually really tasty, but packed with sugar. I easily blasted through as many calories in 30 minutes as I consumed for the rest of the day, and at least as many as I burned during my 5:30 a.m. spin class. Meh, it's a holiday. Sort of.
